Libyan Norwegian Fertiliser Company (Lifeco) находится в Марса-эль-Бреге на средиземноморском побережье, примерно в 700 км к востоку от Триполи. Около 1200 сотрудников. С февраля 2009 г. эксплуатирует две установки аммиака и две установки карбамида (приллирование).
