• Проверка статуса: defunct — 2026-09-30 deep check: both domains dead (kilimorgano.co.tz has no DNS at all); site timeline ends 2023-10-24 before the domain was re-purposed to an unrelated firm (Wayback 2025-07-14); last company social activity 2021-06-22; zero 2025-26 Tanzanian press or Nane Nane exhibitor presence. No renaming or successor found. BRELA/TFRA registries are WAF-blocked, so legal-form closure is unconfirmed - that gap is all that separates this from registry-grade proof. Also corrects the description: the company had pivoted to banana/pineapple tissue-culture by 2019-21, so 'organic fertiliser producer' was already stale.
