Профиль

AquaGreen (Aqua Green Limited) is a privately held hydroponic/green-agriculture company growing and delivering fresh, non-GMO, pesticide-free vegetables “from seed to table,” controlling the cold-chain transport and packaging to meet high food-safety standards. Founded in 2012 by Tracey Lam (and Ricky Lau), it is headquartered in Hong Kong’s Southern District (address listed at Unit A, 3/F, Evergreen Industrial Mansion, 12 Yip Fat Street, Wong Chuk Hang). Core products include salad greens and greenhouse vegetables (e.g., cucumbers, tomatoes, mini sweet peppers) delivered daily 5,000–6,000 kg, with output also described as over 10 tons/day. Technology/features include advanced greenhouse hydroponics (sun/natural climate focus to avoid energy-heavy plant-factory lighting), computer monitoring, manual picking, traceability, and net-zero/natural carbon claims; certifications include HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000. Partners/customers mentioned include major Hong Kong supermarkets, F&B outlets, five-star hotels, and Starbucks; seed/greenhouse expertise partnership includes a century-old Dutch seed company (also referenced via Rijk Zwaan). Scale: 33 employees (LinkedIn). Latest 2025–2026 developments: still active; in 2026 it posted ongoing activities such as participation/guest speaking at Hong Kong Brand Development Council and farm tours/industry visits, plus sponsorship in Thailand, indicating continued operations and Southeast Asia expansion (Singapore/Thailand).
